Livingston Properties’ proprietary online portal allows tenants to see their current ledger, past and future invoices, floorplans, copy of their lease…and pay rent online. Rents are collected automatically via ACH (no charge) or by credit card (additional fee).
Always refer to the lease to determine late fee terms. Typically, there is a small grace period before a late fee is charged based on a percentage of the total rent. If rent is still not paid past a certain point, an additional late fee is added until paid.
