Gina Marie Foxhoven was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Oklahoma where she studied Business and Dance Performance.
In 2018, Gina Foxhoven became a licensed Broker and teamed up with John M. “Chip” Fudge to create Livingston Properties. She specializes in retail and office leasing, enjoys working with local business owners and maximizes profits for her clients through proprietary processes and creatively crafted deals. On average, she has reduced expenses for her property management clients by 23% year one and continues to increase net operating income annually. Gina remains curious and loves to learn, clocking in over 120 hours of CE per year.
Gina was appointed by Mayor David Holt to serve as Commissioner for the Building Code Commission of Oklahoma City, is President of the Plaza District Association, Chair-Elect for The West Village Board of Directors and member at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. She was also a member of Leadership Oklahoma City’s LOYAL class XII and works with an Executive Coach to continue growing her management skills. Gina was recently accepted into the Salt & Light Leadership Training (SALLT) program where leaders from every sector of culture are gathered to intentionally connect themselves and their companies to God’s heart for our city.
Gina has a deep appreciation for the arts and is also the owner of a choreography and dance training business. She has had the privilege of teaching at universities and professional dance companies around the nation, as well as choreograph for film and music-video productions. Her two short films, “dis(ability)” and “EXI[s]T” were both screened at Dead Center Film Festival and played at film festivals worldwide.
Gina has been skydiving, cave diving and hiked a 1,500 b.c. Mayan Ruin. She has a Standard Poodle named Rumor, resides in a historic home near Downtown, OKC, and credits God for everything she has accomplished. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” -Colossians 3:23
